All orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouse in Asia, allowing us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices while maintaining tracked delivery and customer support.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 14:00 SAST are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free tracked shipping on orders shipped within South Africa.

There is no minimum order value required.

All prices displayed on our website include handling and delivery costs unless otherwise stated. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping (transit) time: 4–9 business days
  • Estimated total delivery time: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, or regional factors.

5. Carrier Services

Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy or an equivalent trusted local courier once the shipment reaches South Africa.

All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order at any time using the Track Order page on our website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

7. Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods. These factors are outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
